Booking & Scheduling

To get started, submit a request through our website with your preferred date, service type, and any notes. We'll confirm your time and send details by email. A deposit is required to hold your time slot. You can reschedule with advance notice — just reach out and we'll find a new time that works.

Studio Rentals

Studio rentals include access to the Cyclorama or Vignette Room, professional lighting equipment, and use of available set pieces. You can bring your own gear, props, and creative team. Rental hours are booked in advance and billed by the hour or as a day rate for longer productions. Contact us for current availability and pricing.

Photography Bookings

You don't need to be a professional photographer to book at Snap City Studio. We offer full photoshoots where our team handles everything, and studio-only rentals for photographers who want to bring their own crew. Clients can also bring their own photographer for a studio rental at the standard rate.

Files, Retouching & Delivery

All bookings include professionally edited digital photos. We keep retouching natural — the goal is to look like you on your best day, not over-edited. Final images are delivered digitally in high resolution, ready for print, web, and social media use. Turnaround time depends on volume and schedule. If you have a deadline, let us know when you book.

Policies & Logistics

We ask for reasonable advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on notice period. If something comes up, reach out as soon as possible and we'll work with you. Walk-ins are welcome when time permits, but scheduled appointments are always prioritized.
